The SPQR+UChile team includes university students from Italy and Chile competing in the Standard Platform Leagueat RoboCup 2011 in Istanbul.
Seven Italian and three Chilean students set of with Professor Luca Iocchi for the adventure in Turkey. Universities can participate in various categories. The Italian team chose the Standard Platform League soccer category, a challenge with five NAO humanoid robots named: Spartaco, Pancrazio, Quintiliano, Romolo and Bruto. This is the team that won the first match against “Edinferno” and tied the second against “NUbots”.
