Problem solving meetings continue amongst students and entrepreneurs participating in The Italian Makers project, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, Inail and Cna.
The school in Via Sarandì has very technical curricula. The students studying technical maintenance and assistance have accepted the challenge launched by Europianti, a company that installs thermal, hydraulic, solar and photovoltaic heating systems.
And since it’s winter, heating systems it is! How can we help our customers (well maintained systems, rapid and punctual assistance, low costs, etc.) and help companies to optimize their services (assistance, rapid service, etc.)?
The students studied the problem and designed a smartphone app that can be consulted while the technicians are working on systems. The app provides any information that technicians might require including model information, spare parts, error codes, etc.
