Students at IC Mar dei Caraibi in Rome are studying with robots. Teachers Daniela De Paoli, Rosa Margiotta and Cinthya Mattioli have developed a didactic plan for the class that includes work assignments with the Lego We Do Kit for students, a questionnaire on perceived well-being, a class activity logbook and worksheets for activities.

From the on-line community, Project Robotics Against Isolation, promoted by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale and Google, has reached television. On Saturday January 26, the TG3 Pixel programme reported on the project.

Robotics Against isolation promotes school integration and social inclusion for children with severe issues. Four schools in the Province of Salerno (three primary and one first degree secondary school in cava de’ Tirreni and Eboli) are twinned with schools in Rome (IC Tullia Zevi, Istituto Santa Maria di Roma, IC Mar dei Caraibi, IC Via Laparelli).
