Ambition Italy for Work: the Experis Academies

The Ambizione Italia for Work program's training appointments and orientation sessions on Steam professions continue.

Next Dec. 16, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Elena Cerbara tells about the training and immediate job placement opportunities made available by Experis' Academies, free pathways for young high school graduates and college graduates depending on their skill level.

The meeting is an important opportunity for all young people, both for those who are not yet clear on the path to a job placement and for those who have already chosen the digital transformation sector.

Elena Cerbara tells how to go from the world of school to work, crossing the bridge of the Academies, which offer hybrid situations between study and work to familiarize themselves with the professions of the future.

"I am 28 years old and I discovered the Academies thanks to the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. Thanks to this free, paid opportunity for which I was selected, I found a job in information technology and digitization, becoming part of the people working for our future. I found a job at Avanade, one of Microsoft's partners, through which I am continuing to learn. I do a job that makes me happy."

Is there a preferred path of study to get to the academies? Do you need to be a college graduate to get into them? Do you have to be an engineer to work in IT? What are the characteristics of a good computer scientist, soft or hard skills? Elena Cerbara tells her story and at the same time answers the main questions that young people ask, with clear and concrete answers.
