From Objects to Services

The Internet of things allows individuals, infrastructure, objects, processes and data to intercommunicate. And connected objects are increasingly introducing new services.

This week, Project "IoT at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym", promoted with Cisco to introduce students to the potential of the Internet, will also involve the Coding Girls.

Today - Tuesday, February 20 (9:30 am to 1:00 pm) - Coach Marco Brocchieri will host a training session at the IIS E. Majorana School for over 80 students, coordinated by Professor Debora Tombolillo. Moreover, a number of Coding Girls will also be participating.

Tomorrow, the appointment is at IIS Pirelli with five classes (years two and three in the Economic, Business IT and Language Curricula) coordinated by Professor Cristina Montefuscoli.

On Thursday, February 22, Coach Marco Brocchieri will be at IIS Primo Levi with four year-five classes (5F, 5G, 5A, 5E) coordinated by Professor Cristina Cianfanelli.

Over the course of two and a half years, Project IoT at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym has allowed 20,000 high school students to experientially acquire competences and knowledge that will help them explore new professional opportunities in the interconnected world and move with confidence towards the working world.
