Two days of work at the Google Safety Engineering Centre in Malaga.
Today and tomorrow, Monday and Tuesday, December 2-3, a network event, organised by Virtual Routes, will inaugurate the Cybersecurity Seminars Programme by Google.org.
The Google Safety Engineering Centre (GSEC) in Malaga, Spain, has invited over 70 partners and stakeholders from around the world to share experiences and good practices on cybersecurity.
The aim of the event is to present the wealth of resources shared by Virtual Routes for seminars on cybersecurity, including a portal with curated content on AI and cybersecurity. Other sessions will address key objective of the programme such as promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) in cybersecurity education and guaranteeing a positive commitment by local communities.
The Fondazione Mondo Digitale will be represented by its Director General, Mirta Michilli. Pierluigi Perri, Associate Professor of Philosophy of Law, and Professor Silvia Salini (EDI Champion, Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Coordinator), both from the University of Milan will also be in Malaga. The event is an important opportunity to meet other universities and contribute to preparing the next generation of cybersecurity professionals.
