Digital facilitation centres: three webinars in November.
In November, there will be three one-hour meetings organised by the Network of Rome Digital Facilitation Centres to help citizens learn to use the digital services provided by the public administration and conscientiously use the Internet. Here are the appointments:
Casa del Cittadino: The Rome Council’s On-line Services
November 13, 16:00-17:00
“My Rhome” allows registered users to access the on-line services provided by the Rome Council (the so-called “rooms”). This is a unique channel providing citizens with the opportunity to contact the public administration, learn about administrative proceedings, monitor their applications, and participate in processes that interest them, through simple and easy procedures.
Conscientious Use of the Internet
November 20, 16:00-17:00
It’s important to understand digital tools and platforms to correctly and conscientiously surf the web.

November 27, 16:00-17:00
“My Rhome” allows registered users to access the on-line services provided by the Rome Council. On-line services include a section dedicated to schools where, for example, applications may be submitted and payments made.
