Educational programme Ambizione Italia for Youth, developed in collaboration with Microsoft Italia, presents interesting new, free, on-line courses for 2022 to provide the necessary digital competences for skilling, reskilling, upskilling to young men and women looking for employment, NEETs, women and the workers who have suffered most from the health emergency.
The first course entirely dedicated to Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform will begin on February 10. The course introduces participants to the use of the Power Platform, the Microsoft product that analyses enterprise information (Power BI), identifying processes to be managed in a structured manner (Power Apps) and implementing automated and controlled business procedures (Power Automate). The Power Platform allows users to work in a more rational manner, automating the flow of work between apps and services.
On March 8, there will be an advanced course dedicated to gaming and AI that will provide participants with an overview of the most popular software for the creation of videogames – Unity 3D – and the applications of AI in videogames. Participants will be introduced to the development of a platform game, so that the programme can take steps automatically.
On March 15, there will be a mini-course on digital literacy – “First Digital Steps” –dedicated to beginners. The course is based on five one-hour lessons addressing the main applications of the Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Moreover, there will be a focus on the creation and use of an e-mail account, as well as how to compose a CV.
LinkedIn: Skills for Recovery is a free training programme dedicated to those who have lost their job or are seeking professional re-insertion. An innovative webinar will allow participants to acquire the skills necessary to relaunch their professional careers: from the characteristics of an efficient profile to networking, extending one’s network of contacts to successful interviews, amongst other skills. The course will be held by LinkedIn experts.
