TeleXbe: the Trust aWare design experience
The fourth edition of the teleXbe (Technology Enhanced Learning Environments for Blended Education) workshop opens today. For the second year in a row, teleXbe will be hosted in the Gargano at the Pizzomunno Palace Hotel in Vieste. However, the workshop will also be visible on-line. On June 29-30, various European guests will address the following topics:
- Blended Learning and Distance Learning
- MOOC (Massive Open Online Courses)
- Hybrid Learning Environments
- New teaching, learning and assessment strategies and practices
- Technology Enhanced Learning
- Tangible User Interfaces (TUI)
- Intelligent and multimodal platforms
- Serious Games
- Learning Analytics
The event will be opened by the Rector of the University of Foggia, Lorenzo Lo Muzio, and the Deputy Mayor of Vieste and Tourism Councillor, Rossella Falcone.
Today, from 12:00 to 13.15, Annaleda Mazzucato, Fondazione Mondo Digitale Project Manager, Andres del Álamo Cienfuegos and Maria Pretel Aguilar (Cibervolutarios), will present "From a user-centric co-creation process and assessment approach to a cyber literacy path: the TRUST aWARE pilot experience" to address the user-focused co-creation approach developed by Trust aWare. They will illustrate how the shared assessment process actively involved over 450 citizens of all ages and competence levels, and how this process was transformed into an opportunity to develop an innovative approach to digital literacy training.
This international event promoted by the University of Foggia is part of the university’s third mission, to promote new relations between communities and society.
