ING Italia, a part of the ING Internationale Nederlanden Groep Banking Group, has promoted the past two editions of educational programme Job Digital Lab – Training to Get Back in Action! The objective is to help individuals to express their full potential and discover new skills they do not even know they have.
Programme Job Digital Lab was included in the 2021 Annual Report published by one of the largest global financial groups as a programme that contributes to an inclusive economy. The report describes how ING creates value as a bank, as an employer and in society.
With Job Digital Lab, Ing Italia promotes futureproof employment, helping people to develop skills for the future. In fact, ING Italia collaborates with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale to train 6000 people a year, especially women, with digital skills and work orientation sessions, and help them requalify professionally.
The Annual Report mentions the best practices and initiatives that were singled out for coherence with the Group’s global strategy and impact … and Italy is mentioned with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
