The social investments of the Entain Foundation; Mirta Michilli amongst its experts.
Yesterday, the Entain Foundation, the non-profit organization established in 2019 to coordinate and support the social responsibility initiatives of the Entain Group, announced the winners of the second edition of its CSR Award. Three projects – "Audio-visual Napoli Hub", "Urban Forestation," and "Mixed Ability" – received awards for the promotion of human resources in marginalized areas, the protection of areas of environmental value, and internationality.
The award rewards associations engaged, throughout Italy, in the development of social inclusion projects through sports, and, for the first time this year, entities active in protecting the environment and creating opportunities for inclusion through the use of digital technology.
The awards ceremony was held in Rome, at the Palazzo Wedekind, following a debate on "Social Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships to Guarantee Resource Continuity for the Third Sector" with representatives from institutions and the world of sports.
The Entain Foundation will support fifteen associations in 2024, with a total funding of over €300,000, guaranteeing continuity to many projects already started with the last edition of the award and adding new challenges identified this year.
The group of experts who worked on the selection of the projects includes Mirta Michilli, Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
