Skills for female entrepreneurs and professionals
On 21 and 25 November, two training days were held as part of the project Female Intelligence in AI: Skills for Female Entrepreneurs and Professionals, promoted with the support of the Center for Public Impact as part of the Google.org AI Opportunity Fund [see the news item New skills for female entrepreneurs and professionals].
The third session of the course took place at the Chamber of Commerce of Milan, Monza Brianza and Lodi, in collaboration with the Punto Impresa Digitale (PID). In the classroom, sixty women - entrepreneurs, freelancers and employees of small and medium-sized enterprises - brought different energies, stories and skills, united by the desire to grow thanks to a free and certified course on artificial intelligence applied to work and productivity.
The atmosphere was lively and engaging, a sign of how AI can become a valuable ally. Among the participants, Loredana, a freelancer who has always been attentive to innovation, emphasised how AI is now a tool to be exploited not only in the professional sphere but also in the personal sphere, capable of automating and simplifying.
Alongside her, Anita Mancassola from Punto Impresa Digitale recalled the value of sharing knowledge on these issues: a concrete way to contribute to the professional and personal growth of the participants, in line with Formaper's social and environmental mission.
Trainer Massimo Marzocco from Quadmark described a classroom full of questions and interactions, with great interest from everyone: from newbies to experienced professionals, everyone found useful ideas for bringing AI into their daily lives and improving their work.
Finally, another participant, Anna, an HR executive with over 25 years of experience, expressed her gratitude for seeing everyday practices transformed into a structured method: ‘I have discovered new areas of application that will make me more critical, faster and more effective’.
Two days that combined training, discussion and networking, confirming the role of AI as a strategic tool for innovation and growth.
