Three Italian teams selected at RomeCup 2023 win
It may be the first time that three Italian teams win in the same robotics event: the European Championship in Croatia (7-10 giugno 2023). Three Italian teams selected at RomeCup 2023 took first place in the Soccer, Rescue and On-stage categories. Over 178 team from 26 countries participated in the championship.
The three Italian European Champions
Team Spqr1 - Itis Galileo Galilei from Rome in the Soccer Light Weight Category. Team members: Vito Sorianello, Luca di Aversana and Daniele Ricci with Professors Massimiliano Manfrè and Paolo Ducci as mentors.
Team Bob's Brains - IIS Vito Volterra from San Donà di Piave (Venice) in the Rescue Simulation Category. Team members: Luca Montagner, Alberto Segato and Francesco Urbanetto with Prof. Fabrizio Vendramin.
Team ArchimeDance - IIS Archimede from Catania in the On stage Advanced Category.
Team members: Adriano Testa, Andrea Caltabiano, Francesco Giuseppe Ventimiglia and Giordana Maugeriuno, with Professors Cristina Strano and Giovanni Giustiniani.
