In the video, Ylenia Capelli, one of the ENI role models for Project CO.ME. - COde&FraME, describes how she ended up working on digital transformation notwithstanding a degree in chemical engineering and her passion for classic readings.
She was always curious of how things work, even as a child. Then, in high school, she fell in love with classic literature and it wasn’t easy to decide what to study at university. In the end, her Italian and Latin teacher helped her to decide!
Ylenia has been working at ENI for just over a year as a Support ICT Digital Field Applications Manager and is participating as a role model in Project CO.ME. - COde&FraME, a common work platform for ENI, the Milan Council and Coding Girls that aims to attract young women to STEAM studies and professions.
