The second evening of the Viterbo Festival allowed the “elders” to observe and speak about the work accomplished by the knowledge volunteers and the Grandparents on the Internet in Tuscia Digital Literacy Project promoted by the FMD and the Province of Viterbo.
Flavia Bronchini, Coordinating Teacher at the Liceo Buratti in Viterbo, is at Medioera for the second time. She is extremely enthusiastic about this project and her students' participation.
Angelo Gigliotti is the coordinator for ITSST Leonardo Da Vinci in Viterbo and also oversees the “Grandparents on the Internet in Tuscia” Project for the school. Gigliotti especially appreciates “the great opportunity it provides for students to be responsible and understand the role of professors.”
The star guest at the knowledge volunteers’ stand was the Hon. Paolo Gentiloni, who was interviewed by the tutors.
“They are extraordinary. They play a fundamental role that should also be organized at a national level," the MP declared.
