The 50-hour traineeship on "The Challenges of Innovation in Education. Innovation in School and New Digital Tools" ended yesterday for the group of young women attending the Degree in Education Science at the University of Roma Tre, who are taking a course on Educational Research Methodology with Prof. Antonella Poce. The blended traineeship was coordinated by FMD Director General Mirta Michilli as an external tutor.
For three days, the students participated as observers and evaluator in three didactic labs for schools organised by the Phyrtual Innovation Gym: digital manufacturing, storytelling with Stop Motion and coding with Scratch.
A small creativity marathon was held on the last day. The students had to create a didactic lab and present it with an elevator pitch. The jury -Valentina Gelsomini, Daniele Vigo and Federica Pellegrini, Phyrtual Innovation Gym Coaches – selected Project Water Trip as the most creative and innovative. Developed with Stop Motion technology, the “animated” science lab describes the transformation of water from the liquid to the solid state [see photo gallery].
