Dissemination and prevention are two key words chosen by Barbara Saba, Director General of the Johnson and Johnson Foundation, to describe Project Health4U in an interview with Fortune Italia.
Saba focuses her attention especially on young men and women in high school. The objective of Health4U, is to communicate the “importance of health issues” and help them to “understand the importance of careers in the health sector,” especially in view of the window of opportunity that is opening up: “in just a few years, we will require many new workers and a generational alternation in this sector.”
