The Fondazione Mondo Digitale partners with Roma Capitale to offer support to citizens at registry offices
Digital facilitation continues to provide local support across Rome. Throughout 2026, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale is delivering, via Zètema, the service promoted by Roma Capitale in municipal registry offices, to assist citizens in accessing the Public Administration’s online services.
Following the conclusion of the previous project phase funded by PNRR funds, Roma Capitale has chosen to continue the initiative using its own resources, confirming the value of a service that helps people navigate digital tools, online procedures and new ways of interacting with public bodies.
At the service points across the city, digital facilitators offer free assistance with using the main digital services: from digital identity to municipal services, from online registry procedures to social security services. The aim is to make the use of digital technology in daily life simpler, more accessible and better understood, bridging the gap between citizens and the administration.
The service is available at municipal registry offices from 8.30 am to 1.00 pm, according to a schedule distributed across the city’s various boroughs. The presence of facilitators enables a response to specific needs, with personalised support that builds on each individual’s existing skills and values direct interaction with people.
With this new phase, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale continues its commitment to digital inclusion and to fostering an increasingly autonomous, informed and engaged citizenry.
