The date for the award ceremony has been set
After months of work in schools and the active participation of students and teachers from all over Italy, the fifth edition of the National Award for Digital Innovation Anitec-Assinform 2024-2025 has reached its final stage. The date has been set for the ceremony for the presentation of the awards, which will take place on 22 May in Rome, in the presence of representatives of the institutions and promoters.
The Award is promoted by Anitec-Assinform, the Confindustria association that represents ICT companies, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and Merit - Department for the education and training system, with the patronage of the National Youth Council (CNG), the Mondo Digitale Foundation, Save the Children and ScuolaZoo.
The initiative is aimed at secondary schools and was created to support the role of young people in the digital transformation of schools and society. Through projects, ideas and good practices, students and teachers were asked to reflect on and experiment with the value of digital technologies as a tool for inclusion, participation and the development of new skills.
The ceremony on 22 May marked the end of a programme that involved hundreds of schools in a shared initiative to raise awareness and provide guidance on the role of digital innovation in the daily life and future working and social life of young people.
