Google’s digital strategist may be young, but they are experts that help others comprehend the advantages of digitalization. They are funded by a grant provided by Google, a partner of Project Amongst Generations. In previous news, we presented Mattia (see Digital Strategist) and then Giulia and Michele (see App and Startup) who met with students and craftsmen at IIS Silvio D'Arzo in Montecchio Emilia.
Today, we are going to introduce you to Niccolo Bravaccini (26), who also follows Project Amongst Generations at IIS Sarrocchi in Siena. Niccolò has a degree in Languages and has specialized in Enterprise Communication and Advertising at the University of Bologna. He loves the web, social media, cultural events and street art and strives to promote an aware and strategic use of social networks. He, too, is participating in Project Amongst Generations thanks to a Google grant.
Based on the success of the first edition of Project Amongst Generations – United for Work, FMD, CNA Pensionati and Google have once again employed the intergenerational learning model to train adults and elders on new technology and create new job opportunities for the young.
The second edition involves four regions (Emilia Romagna, Tuscany, Sicily and Veneto), 12 schools, 400 students and about 200 members of the CNA Pensionati. The project entails a true exchange of competences amongst younger and older generations. The former bring innovation and technology, while the latter provide a rich baggage of culture. The project is based on three fundamental elements: “made in Italy,” innovation and the exchange of knowledge.
