The students from the scientific lyceum organized a special day – Together for Cameroon – for their counterparts at the Anya Lewoh School in Fontem with the held of teachers and super headmaster Alberto Cataneo.
On Saturday February 26, hundreds of students and visitors participated in the many activities that were organised at the school, including a fund raising auction, concerts, plays and exhibits.
It was a joyous celebration of culture that invaded the Levi Civita School and which will have great benefits on the twinned school in Cameroon. Here is what Prof. Antonella Donnini, Digital Bridge Coordinator for the school, has to say about this special event.
And it wasn’t just the students who packed the school’s corridors and classrooms; there also were many colleagues and students from the other schools cooperating on Project Digital Bridge. These included Martin Nkafu, Head of LATS (Lebialem Association of Twinning Schools), and many other teachers who have been fully committed to the construction of a digital bridge with Cameroon.
