Social media marketers who use artificial intelligence can make their work more efficient, with a positive impact on both productivity and community engagement. The profile of the social media marketer is becoming increasingly important on the job market, thanks to the growing centrality of social platforms for branding and sales.
Ina Cijevschim, 48, who, after a childhood and studies in Romania, now lives in Poggibonsi, in the Province of Siena, has very clear ideas about the opportunities and developments in this field. “Today ,I am super motivated to grow and learn new tools that will help me make a difference in the marketing sector,” says Ina, who has chosen the Social Media Marketer with AI Course organised by SMILE. “The course is structured to provide not only practical skills, but also transversal skills, such as communications, time management, and teamwork, all of which are essential in the working world.”
I speak perfect Italian, Russian, English, and Romanian. I graduated in English language and literature abroad and taught outside of Italy for two years. I arrived in 2003 and have worked in many different fields. I collaborated with real estate agencies and as a simultaneous translator in the technical and real estate sectors. I studied to be an IT technician, attended a course for real estate agents, and studied to be a social media manager. Now, with SMILE, I have chosen to attend the course because I would like to work in the world of social media, possibly remotely or as a freelancer, to better manage my personal life. I think that it will allow me to acquire new practical skills that can give me a concrete advantage in the working world. I am getting along very well with the teachers, and I really like the collaborative atmosphere there is with my classmates. I am really happy to be here and curious to find out what the rest of the course has in store for me!
The Social Media Marketer with AI Course is organised by Project SMILE (acronym for SMart Innovative Learning for Employment). The project, selected and supported by the Fondo per la Repubblica Digitale - Impresa sociale, helps unemployed individuals aged 34-50 in Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Piedmont, Lombardy, and Tuscany with work reinsertion, providing 120 hours of smart track training to develop and reinforce digital skills. The course is free.
