To train and hire the talents of sustainable digital transition
Fondazione Mondo Digitale is launching a call for companies wishing to join the business cluster of the European project PRODIGY - Promoting Digital and Green Skills for Youth, funded under the ESF+ Social Innovation initiative.
The project has a concrete objective: to train 240 young NEETs in Italy, Greece and Bulgaria, with specialised and up-to-date skills in the digital and ecological transition sectors, to facilitate their entry into the world of work.
The project is being carried out by an international partnership composed of:
- L'Albero della Vita Foundation ETS
- Mondo Digitale Foundation ETS
- Adecco Italia spa
- Roma Tre University
- ActionAid Hellas (Greece)
- Partners Bulgaria Foundation (Bulgaria)
Companies that join the PRODIGY Cluster become part of a strategic network that aims to enhance innovation, social responsibility and the future of young people.
Why join the PRODIGY Cluster?
- Networking: access a national and international network of companies and stakeholders with whom you can build new collaborations and valuable synergies
- Attracting talent: get in touch with young people trained in the fields of digital and environmental transition, ready to respond to the new demands of the labour market
- Visibility and impact: actively participate in a European project and in events organised on a local and international scale.
The business clusters are being set up in seven cities: Naples, Catanzaro, Palermo, Reggio Calabria, Thessaloniki, Gotse Delchev and Blagoevgrad.
We use the form to collect the information we need to build effective connections between the professional profiles required by companies and the training courses offered to young people.
