They come from another city district and it’s a long journey for these young designers from the Istituto comprensivo largo Oriani that arrive today at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym Robotics Centre.
The 20 students attend year five of Primary School and will be accompanied by Prof. Maria Luisa Palmieri.
The Lego WeDo Kit includes not only the classical coloured construction bricks, but also a motor, two sensors (rotation and inclination), a USB connection and simple icon-based software to understand how to work the wheels and cogs allow the robot to move.
The laboratories at the Robotics Centre are open every day except for Wednesday until June 2015.
