On May 14-16, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale will participate in the Forum PA at the Rome “La Nuvola” Convention Center. And not just with the Academy [see news: FMD at the Forum PA]. On May 16, there will be an open conference on “Towards an Inclusive Information Society,” a shared planning table for some of the main actors involved in promoting a widespread, inclusive and transformative digital culture locally.
The theme of the conference is strictly related to that of the greater event: how can public service pursue the common good through the use of technology?
The conference will be opened by Federica Meta, Corcom Journalist and Conference Coordinator. This will be followed by a presentation of the FMD Phyrtual Innovation Gym by Mirta Michilli, Director General of the Fondazione Mondo Digitale. The virtuous example of this facility, which is open to all citizens to introduce them to the use of new technology through lifelong and continuous learning, will introduce an interesting debate amongst school administrators, professors and Roman Councillors.
The Round Table will also be attended by Rome Councillor, Flavia Marzano; Michele Pianetta, Deputy President, ANCI Piedmont; Alessandra Benvenuti, Manager of the Demand Division at Insiel; Federica degli Ivanissevich, Public Relations & Communications Manager at Insiel; Katia Scannavini, Strategy Implementation Office and Monitoring and Evaluation Area Manager, ActionAid, and Martino Rebonato, Coach.
The second part of the conference is dedicated to interaction with the audience on the ideas and proposals advanced during the conference.
The objective is to create new synergies amongst successful active experiences and develop new winning public service models for the common good.
