All the protagonists of the integration project for immigrants in the Abbruzzi, Project SI – School of Italian (financed by the European EIF Fund) met in the Pescara offices of the Regione Abruzzo, the lead partners, for a day of work and training.
Other participants included Valentina Marasco and Nicoletta Santeusanio from the Università per Stranieri di Perugia, who explained some of the activities conducted at the university on these issues.

The Fondazione Mondo Digitale presented Pillole d’Italia, a collection of short videos for teachers presenting the basic notions necessary to teach foreigners to live in Italy.

The FMD also developed a booklet to go with the videos that includes didactic lessons, focuses and excercises.

The day ended with a laboratory on the development of didactic activities with the CTPs from Avezzano, Nereto, Pescara, Popoli, Silvi and Sulmona.
The project was a great success. Here are some of the figures: 340 foreign citizens, 32 teachers, 21 courses, 20 signatories for the Inter-institutional Network Agreement.
