Today, is the fourth and last day of the tests organized by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale with students to develop an on-line game to practice negotiation skills.
The game has been developed by Project ENACT - Enhancing negotiation skills through on-line Assessment of Competencies and interactive mobile Training and is financed by the European Commission in partnership with the University of Plymouth, Università di Napoli Federico II, Roman start-up Aidvanced and Spanish organisation Fundetec, which is currently testing the game with company managers.
The test results will provide information for the second software development phase that involves the creation of a new didactic and an innovative evaluation methodology to improve negotiation and communication skills in formal and informal educational contexts.
