"Being a coach and trainer for Programme She Means Business has been a great personal and professional satisfaction. It is one of those experiences that I will remember about my career. The women and local community immediately grasped the challenge and reacted energetically to the proposal. In fact, both the sessions in Brescia and Milan were sold-out.
On both occasions, the training session was far more than just an opportunity for professional growth and the transmission of information. The training sessions became an opportunity for exchanging views and information, as well as networking, even outside the classroom. The participants joined a Facebook Group to continue driving the energy of these women who dream and do business. The "Business Networking for Women" Facebook Group is a constant source of inspiration, sharing and co-design, which besides virtual sharing, also organises live meetings.
The positive feedback of the over 200 women in the group confirm my mission that “empowering women” is a real need and that women are ready to accept this challenge, learn to use digital tools for professional communication, personal branding, education and networking.

The training session for the Facebook Programme that promotes women in enterprise, implemented in Italy in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, will be held at MACI, the Imperia Museum of Contemporary Art.
