Become one of the teachers at the school of us
Italian schools are undergoing a profound transformation: new technologies, new languages, new forms of relationship. In this change, one thing remains central: the strength of teachers as a professional community capable of innovating, collaborating and opening new paths for their students.
This is why I docenti della scuola del noi (The Teachers of the School of Us) was created, a community of teachers who, together with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, are experimenting with and building a new way of teaching that is inclusive, participatory and future-oriented. This community is already active throughout Italy, designing innovative courses and sharing everything in open source, in order to spread transformative practices in classrooms of all levels.

A community that generates real value
Over the last three years, the community has produced:
- over 40 tested teaching courses
- 2 publications with the Erickson Study Centre
- 14 webinars, 37 interviews,
- more than 20 active and operational working groups.
These results are the fruit of collaboration between teachers who believe in innovation as a shared process. Each activity is born in the school and returns to the school, generating impact in the classroom and offering teachers new tools to accompany students towards skills, values and well-being.
