The appointment with the Media Art Festival original event-project format, which will be held on April 13-17, 2016 at the MAXXI Museum and other prestigious locations, will feature lectures, installations and conferences with international experts, as well as didactic and educational tracks for students of all ages. The Media Art Festival is a networked laboratory to entice the younger generation to the active, creative and innovative use of technology. And the artists have been at work in schools for weeks, now.

Roberto Fega - Liceo artistico Via S. Agnese in Tivoli (Rome) – the students and artist are performing a “sound environment” performance installation.

Lino Strangis - Phyrtual Innovation Gym Game Lab.
Following on the heels of the successful pilot edition, two new partners have joined the initiative developed by the Fondazione Mondo Digitale: BNL Gruppo BNP Paribas and the Rome Fondazione MAXXI. The event is also now has the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Cultural Heritage, Cultural Activities and Tourism.
