Today and tomorrow, the Robotics Centre at the Rome Città Educativa welcomes the students from the Istituto comprensivo Via dell’Archeologia and Professor Francesco Cefalo.
The Lego Education Renewable Energy Kit allows students, under the guidance of engineer Mohamed Gaber Haiba, to discover the potential of robotics applied to new energy forms.
The students will build an Aeolian turbine to convert wind power into electrical energy. They will learn to quantify the different factors that characterize power, build, programme and record data.

The kit includes the following material
• 500-piece robust construction system
• Battery box with tri-polar switch
• 1 medium motor
• 1 solar panel
• Energy accumulator
• 1 servo-motor
• Turbine blades
