Billboard Art and collective creativity for the reappropriation of urban space
As part of the SubUrb View project, promoted in collaboration with Urban Vision, an innovative experience of public art and collective creativity is born. On 3 April 2025 the final event of the project will be held to present the artistic prototype created by the students of the Galilei-Luxemburg Institute in Milan together with the digital artist Umberto Nicoletti. The work, inspired by Billboard Art, represents a reflection on the potential of urban space as a means of social and cultural expression.
Through a workshop, the students explored the power of visual and textual language, transforming a LED billboard in the city into an ephemeral and participatory art surface. The project is part of Milano ArtWeek, emphasising the role of public art as a tool for dialogue and change.
