Today, at the presentation of the TeleMouse Award, the Institutional Relations Manager for the Ministry of Youth, Sofia Pain, pointed out that “Minister Meloni decided to sponsor the project because she firmly believes in it.”
"You have already done a lot and we hope that you will be able to move forward for many years to come. Papers and documents often submerge me, but today I’m here with you and it is very stimulating. This is a very important issue at European level with the planning of the Europe 2020 strategy, a document with very interesting elements on the exchange amongst generations that may seem far apart, but actually have a lot to share.
Being knowledge volunteers, being able to donate one’s experiences, is a wonderful experience, a fantastic opportunity for growth, especially in view of the European Year of Volunteering. This is one of the initiatives that we will bring as a good practice to Europe.”
