120 hours of training for workplace reintegration.
Smile (acronym for SMart Innovative Learning for Employment), a project selected and promoted by the Fund for the Digital Republic – Social Enterprise, aims to help unemployed individuals aged 34-50 in Emilia Romagna, Lazio, Piedmont, Lombardy, and Tuscany with workplace reintegration by providing 120 hours of smart track training for the development of digital skills. Participation is free.
The courses, which are modular and flexible, are divided into 3 forty-hour areas:
- Life Skills (managing stress, empathy, critical thinking, etc.)
- Basic Digital Skills from Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to generative artificial intelligence
- Professional Digital Skills (specific sector skills)
