As part of the “Digital for the 3@rd Age. Engagement of Young Elders” Programme, promoted as part of the Umbrian Digital Agenda, Project “Interconnessioni” kicks off with a week of original interactive activities held by different generations and dedicated to local young elders (aged 65-74). The initiative is organised by the Regione Umbria and the Umbria Public Administration School, in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, to map the needs, knowledge and technological competences of young elders and develop a shared plan for issues on digital issues for the third age. The use of digital services and tools will allow over-65s to become local protagonists with numerous advantages in terms of social inclusion and active ageing.
