Today, there will be the last appointment before the Christmas break at Binario F, the Facebook facility dedicated to digital competences, where the Fondazione Mondo Digitale manages Programme Vagone FMD. Da 01 a 100.
The protagonists of this last appointment will be students from IIS Leonardo Da Vinci in Rome and a group of over-60s (mostly from the Rome Anteas Association). On the Vagone FMD Blog, Ilaria Bonanni describes the group: " Massimo is a 71 year-old former bank director who taught himself to use a computer, but learned to use smartphones and tablets thanks to his grandchildren. Maria, 77, was a stylist for over 50 years. She has an iPhone, but only uses it to make calls. Geremia, 68, is a chemical technician who worked for the national rail service for 40 years. He picked up some basic digital competences as he has always been certain that IT is the future. Maria Teresa, 78, a retired language teacher knows nothing about smartphones, but would like to learn how to use one and not feel excluded.”
