“Do you feel that you are a leader?”
How many times have you asked yourself this and answered: “but I don’t even work!” or “Yeah, right, I’m Cinderella” or “No way, I worry too much about others” or “No, I have no charisma” … How about we try to change perspective? Leadership is not an innate characteristic, but an acquired skill, just like many others. It means learning to make decisions, to govern our lives, to choose. It helps to live well, both at home and at work.
Donna Moderna together with Facebook and Programme Living Digital is promoting two training days dedicated to women – one in Bari and the other in Florence – to help them comprehend and employ leadership and use if fruitfully at work, with the family and in all other relations.
Each day will include labs on innovation and social marketing organised by Facebook, a short play entitled “Women Like Us” portraying winning leadership stories of women’s private and professional lives, and a talk with Barbara Minotti, Corporate Communications Manager Facebook.
