She Means Business, the Facebook Programme implemented in Italy in collaboration with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, is in Rome for a training day dedicated to women in enterprise. The session will be held at the Spazio Attivo Roma Casilina in connection with Project Formazione per lo Sviluppo e Scienze della Vita - Sinergie per una cultura dell'Innovazione nella Regione Lazio (Education for Development and Life Sciences – Synergies for a Culture of Innovation in the Regione Lazio) promoted with Lazio Innova.
Only 24% of the women who have registered for the course have already started an entrepreneurial activity. All the others require the right tools to transform a project into an enterprise. The youngest, Valeria, who is 25, is unemployed, while seventy-year old Wanda is an education consultant.
