"Romecup 2011, the International City of Rome Robotics Trophy, begins on Monday. The event will range from educational to service robotics. Competitions amongst robots will take place for three days in four categories: soccer, rescue, dance and exploration. On Wednesday, an institutional agreement will be signed for a long-term national strategy for educational robotics and a round table on Robotics Present and Future will be held.
