As part of the initiatives organised for Milano Digital Week (30 September–4 October 2026), the week will feature the launch of the sixth edition of Rising Youth and in-person training sessions for Experience AI at ITET Maggiolini and Coding Girls Power Up at IIS Albert Einstein in Vimercate.
The week’s programme also features an in-depth focus on healthcare, with the webinar AI on the Ward for healthcare professionals, the AI Jump! masterclass, and the Women’s Intelligence in AI course for female entrepreneurs and professionals.
The working week concludes with a particularly significant occasion for the Fondazione Mondo Digitale: Grandparents’ Day, which is officially celebrated in Italy on 2 October (Law No. 159 of 31 July 2005). This date marks one of the organisation’s longest-running initiatives, Grandparents on the Internet, created to foster intergenerational exchange and the digital inclusion of older people. Today, that initiative is being revitalised with NOI. Beyond ‘Nonni su Internet’, a programme developed with the support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policies, which expands the intergenerational model and highlights the role of educational communities.
