Corrado and Veronica, an over-65 and his student tutor, are participating Project Amongst Generations. United for Work in Liguria at IIS Einaudi Chiodo in La Spezia. Today, students and tutors will participate in the second meeting promoted by CNA Pensionati.
This short interview by Eleonora Curatola was conducted at the beginning of the digital and functional literacy project that involves 15 over-65 retired craftsmen.
Corrado recalls his professional life, when he worked for over 60 years as a hairdresser. Veronica, on the other hand, still does not know what she wants to do in the future.
Corrado feels that it is important to learn to use technology. He decided to do something about it after he had trouble accessing his on-line medical tests. And both believe it is important to listen and speak both to learn and to understand how to transform a passion into a job.
