Today at the Maker Faire

Afghan women working on robotics and Astronaut Luca Parmitano are amongst the most exciting guests of the Maker Faire, the main European event dedicated to innovation that begins today in Rome at the Gazometro to present and discuss technology, science, art and innovation.

"Fast Forward - The Future in the Making" is the focus of the 2021 edition, which will be held both physically and on-line from Friday, October 8 to Sunday, October 10. Everything is ready at the recently restored Gazometro facilities: 240 maker stands from all over Italy and abroad.

The Innovation Gym Fab Lab will be "on site" [Life Area, Pavillion J, Stand 15] to present Project Digital Made, with projects selected for the third edition of the "Digital Made, for Young Fashion Talents" Contest, promoted in collaboration with the PowWow Fashion Tech Week [see news: Digital Made at the Maker Faire].
