The Story of the Moon

"My six-year-old son followed the live lesson and now can’t wait to try the experiment.” Astrophysicist Federico Di Giacomo, a researcher at the National Astrophysics Institute and a Coach at the Fondazione Mondo Digitale, conducts really fun, clear and educational lessons.

For anyone who was not able to follow the Primaria Live held on April 2, introduced and moderated by Mauro Trasversa, here is the video of his lesson on “From the Earth to the Moon … Coding, Making and Tinkering at Primary School” [see news: From the Earth to the Moon].

Primaria Live is the new on-line format produced by Fabbri EditoriErickson and Oxford to keep in touch with teachers from a distance. The channel includes events in streaming, video and other free content dedicated to primary school teachers.

Together with the staff of teachers at FMD coordinated by Ilaria Gaudiello, Federico Di Giacomo has collaborated on the development of activities for the textbook dedicated to Mathematics and Science for primary school entitled MapPerTutti 2020. The textbook has been published by Rizzoli and Erickson [see news: A Special Textbook]. In particular, Federico Di Giacomo developed the unit entitled “Look at the Moon.”
