The events of the AI Jump! programme continue, combining online masterclasses and in-person workshops to provide practical support for those seeking new career opportunities. The programme alternates between theoretical study and practical experience, with various online and local events designed to allow participants to apply what they have learnt straight away.

The programme also includes two interactive webinars, each lasting two hours, in which participants experiment with using AI to improve CVs and cover letters, prepare for interviews, craft an effective professional pitch and organise the tracking of applications.

“Accelerate your career” workshop: more effective applications with AI

Over the three days, participants will work through all stages of the job search: from defining career goals to creating targeted applications, right through to preparing for interviews. Artificial intelligence serves as a tool for reviewing and optimising CVs and cover letters, tailoring applications to specific roles, and refining LinkedIn profiles.

By the end of the workshop, each participant will have developed ready-to-use materials: an updated CV, personalised applications, structured answers for interviews and a clear action plan for the coming weeks.

The programme is aimed specifically at young jobseekers, offering practical tools to navigate the job market with greater confidence.
