Dalisa’s task is to provide hope to all the “students who find difficulties and vent on social media.” She investigates every day and looks for young men and women on the web who do not have the courage to face their problems or report bullying episodes, preferring to hide behind the anonymity of a profile.
Dalisa was invented by fifteen-year-old Erika Zito, a student at the Liceo scientifico “C. Cavalleri” in Parabiago (Milan).
"Courageous, determined, loyal, sharp, good and committed.” These are the characteristics of Erika’s heroine who "does not stop at appearances, but investigates” restlessly to fight every form of cyber-bullying.
Erika is one of the three winners of the Immersive Storytelling Contest, developed by the Phyrtual Innovation Gym for the RealD Educational Campaign, an educational initiative for schools promoted by RealD with the Fondazione Mondo Digitale.
Students are called to develop a project in 3D using their talents and creativity by inventing a character, drawing a portrait and describing his or her distinctive characteristics and story [see news Knowledge and Creativity].
