Today, at Binario F, Programme Vagone FMD will hold a training session for associations operating in Rome, providing an overview of the main social networking tools to efficiently communicate. The course will range from the creation of quality content for network relations to the development of thematic communities and discussion groups. How can public engagement be increased? How is insight data monitored? Which social networks are better suited to the ends of associations and what is the most efficient method to reach different target groups?
The three-hour Social Media Hub Lab will also provide the perfect opportunity to reflect on strategic web presence, engagement and lock-in. We will learn about opportunities for innovation and analyse user experience issues, studying the obstacles that risk compromising public relations or with other associates during various engagement phases (interest, evaluation, loyalty, etc.).
