Social Media for the Community

Due to the Covid-19 health emergency, Project Amongst Generations – United for Work has been transformed to meet the needs of CNA Pensionati. Next Tuesday, October 27, a course on the use of social media will be held for the members. The aim is also to improve central and local communication for the trade union organised by the National Confederation of Craftsmanship and SMEs to safeguard the interest of elders.

The first course, which will be held by Astrid D'Eredità, social media and digital communication expert, will be reserved to the national secretariat. The course, which will be held on-line, begins at 10 am.

The following lessons will be held on November 4 and 17 at the same time.

Course 1 - Social Media Manager. Institutional Communications and Community Development

The course, which is based on three one-and-a-half hour meetings, will help participants to efficiently use social media to strengthen the central communication of CNA Pensionati and promote the creation, activation and management of communities based on their Facebook page. Through the analysis of targets and issues of interest, as well as the study of professional tools and incisive storytelling, participants will learn to conceive, develop and manage content and successful communication campaigns.
