The Phyrtual Innovation Gym will host two intensive courses for managers, entrepreneurs and craftsmen on October 8 and 9 (7-10 pm) at the Rome Città Educativa in Via del Quadraro 102.
A double appointment in the Phyrtual Innovation Gym Ideation Room to discover the method based on intelligent bricks that allows individuals to solve problems and fully understand the creative, innovative and collaborative skills of individuals.
The Italian enterprise system continues to decrease in competitiveness. The World Economic Forum international ranking places Italy in 49th place, five less than the last report. How can we stop this haemorrhage and re-qualify competences, promoting soft skills and strengthening innovation in organisations?
The Lego Serious Play (LSP) Method has already been successfully experimented in large Italian enterprises, but its potential is not fully understood in SMEs. It is a key tool for business units, management, project teams and operational units. It has value for decision-makers and operatives.

The Lego Serious Play method will be presented to managers, entrepreneurs and craftsman at the Phyrtual Innovation Gym that will host two intensive courses for managers, entrepreneurs and craftsmen on October 8 and 9 (7-10 pm) at the Rome Città Educativa in Via del Quadraro 102.
"It’s a method with the added value of creating shared grassroots solutions that are innovative, creative and fun,” explains Giorgio Beltrami, a trainer and facilitator who is specialized in adult education. LSP is useful for individuals, formal and informal groups and organisations. The workshop helps individuals to identify efficient solutions through practical activities. Specific examples and success stories based on the method will be analysed during the workshops.
Interested in participating? Register for one of the two workshops: http://lsp1.eventbrite.it (Wednesday, October 8) or http://lsp2.eventbrite.it (Thursday, October 9).
With the help of Mr. Beltrami and other educators, the Fondazione Mondo Digitale wants to also promote LSP in schools, small craftsmanship laboratories and amongst communities of makers and social innovators.
