How to apply online

The Fondazione Mondo Digitale ETS is looking for teachers, junior and senior trainers and digital facilitators to be involved, both in person and online, in innovative training and educational activities aimed at schools, companies, associations and citizens throughout the country. The activities take place both at partner locations and in local contexts, as well as in the learning spaces of the Palestra dell'Innovazione (Innovation Gym) in Rome (Via del Quadraro 102), the Foundation's permanent educational and technological experimentation laboratory.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for individuals with educational, technological and design skills who are interested in contributing to the development of training courses with a high social impact. In particular, we are interested in people with experience in designing and conducting activities in digital and laboratory environments (fab labs, immersive labs, robotics, etc.) and in school-work programmes.

Candidates must be willing to work with people of different ages and skill levels in diverse training contexts.

Cross-cutting requirements

All profiles must have:

  • strong teaching and communication skills;
  • an aptitude for teamwork and collaborative design;
  • problem-solving and group management skills;
  • autonomy in travelling within the region.

Training and/or experience in the pedagogical, educational or psychological field is preferred.

 

The collaboration relationship is defined on the basis of the candidate's professional experience, in order to make the most of their contribution to the Foundation's activities.

Digital facilitation

For some profiles, digital facilitation activities are also planned, aimed at citizens, through:

  • personalised individual assistance;
  • on-site or remote support;
  • services by telephone, online or at the counter.
