RoboBusiness Europe

What opportunities does robotics provide to the world of educators? This is the focus of “RoboBusiness Europe,” an international meeting point for the professional robotics community that will be held in Milan on April 29-30, 2015.

Italy, a country with a wide range of excellence in robotics, will host the third edition of “RoboBusiness Europe,” an event that will be held in Milan on April 29-30, 2015. Moreover, on April 27-28, there will be guided tours to many Italian centres of excellence (www.robobusiness.eu).

The two “Conference & Expo & Matchmaking” days are not a fair, but a professional event for the presentation and exchange of information amongst companies, researchers and technology users.

Amongst the specialist sections, the “Play&Learn” Focus on Robotics for Education presents the many opportunities that new technology provide to educators. One example is the “Roboy Robot,” a milestone in the development of so-called humanoid robots. Its shape and movements reproduce the dynamics of human movement. This type of robot is always a big hit with school field trips in which young students learn about new topics such as 3D printing and other fun things that brings them closer to studying digital technology.

Access to the showcase and meeting area is free by registering on-line at www.robobusiness.eu.

Fondazione Mondo Digitale followers can take advantage of a special rate for the Conference: only €400 (full price €800). To take advantage of this special offer, please use the following code: ITWMD532
